Special Week...
It's been almost a month since I last updated my blog. To me, this week is a special week (though my dear said it's nonsense) as it's my bday on thurs and it's also Good Friday (which means only 4 working days this week)! I hope everything will be fine and happy for me these few days... Really want to have a happy and less stressed week... Been super stressed for the past few weeks...
For the past few weeks, been busy with lesson observations. super stress... My CT have super high hopes and expectations for me, they wan me to get distinction. Haiz... But to their disappointment, I rejected the offer as I din perform well during my last supervisor ob (din finish my lesson on time). But the fact is there are so many things needed to be taught. How to finish? It's partly not my fault mah.. Sup is not so particularly abt time management, but HOD is, so wat can I say? So I made the decision not to accept the offer, if not my CT also finds it hard to write the report. She even said if i eventually get a distinction but dun perform well when I bcme a permanent teacher, all the arrows would be shoot back to my CT. I dun wan to cause any trouble to anyone... I choose to pass my practicum peacefully then.. But I know I disappoint many of u by making this decision. Really what can I do? Starting to feel sad when I talk abt this... Better stop this here... Talk abt smthing happy, k?
Well, last sun was a super important day for my family and relatives. It was Miss Singapore Universe (MSU) Finals. Went to watch live, was busy taking pics, din really concentrate. Think must watch repeat this sat. Anyway, though my sis din get any prize, I think she did quite well. How many of you has the courage to do such a thing, to catwalk on stage in bikini, to answer so many qns and to be seen on TV by all the pple in S'pore? At least she has won in this part. Congrats, sis! And the most important thing is my mum got famous too and she was praised by so many of u that she look young and pretty. Haha... Like mother, like daughters mah...
Anyway, need to go sleep soon. Got to wake up at 6am tml. Wed and thurs are my longest days in sch. 7 hrs of break in between lessons. But nvmind, 3 more weeks to end of practicum... Cant wait for the day to come... really wan to see my NIE frends and my other frends.. Really have no social life for the past 1 month.... Meanwhile, enjoy the photos I took during MSU. Hope I will have an nice bday...
