Hong Kong Trip 18th May ~ 22nd May

It's been a long long time since I last updated my blog. Practicum ended on 5th May and I should be very free since then. But as you all know, the more free you are, the lazier you become and so I spent my days nua-ing at home since then. Of cos, there were days I tried to find programmes such as meeting up wif my frends and of cos going for holidays.

Well, b4 telling you how wonderful and fruitful my trip was, let me tell you a rather not so good news. Posting result was out 3 days aft my prac and I am posted back to Jiemin Pri, the school I dun really like and the pple there had been causing agony to my life. Well, wat can I do, jus to 认命and go back lor. At least, I have a 知己there which I hope pple wont gossip and create trouble and ruin my frendship with him... Haiz.. Ok, dun wan to spoil your mood by complaining further. Read wat I have to tell you abt my trip...

1st day in HK
SK, his parents and I used our free tix (cos of our application to UOB tiger card) to fly to Macau. From there, we took an hr ferry to HK. The scenery on ferry was great... (See photos). We had our itinerary planned so the 1st thing we reached HK was to find our way to our hotel --- Dorsett Seaview Hotel at Yau Mei Tei. To our horror, the hotel room was even smaller than the one in Genting 1st World. Well, no complaints. At least it is the cheapest hotel out of so many we have found.
After taking five, we took MTR to Central to have our dinner there. The dinner sucks and it's super ex.. Aft dinner, we walked to star ferry terminal. On the way there, we saw lots of buildings. They are jus like those in Shenton way.. (See photos). And of cos we had to stop by to take a photo of the golden statue --- The Golden Bauhinia金紫荊. It looked jus like a tulip. (See photos). Well, aft some photo taking session, we took star ferry ( a famous legendary ferry to tour around HK and to see the night scenery of HK) to Tsim Sha Tsui.
We were super lucky tat night as we managed to catch the musical lighting show at Avenue of Stars. I cant show you the video. If you wanna see, msg me. The lighting show was very very nice, nicer than the musical fountain show @ Sentosa. Of cos, aft the show, we took a long long walk at the Avenue of Stars, trying hard to find the hand prints of the artistes we know. (See photos).
To be continued...
Well, the posts on the rest of the days in Hk were be posted in the next few blogs. 拭目以待... Now, enjoy the photos...

Dun you think the buildings look like those in Shenton Way?

HK's convention hall, so different from the one in Suntec.

(This is where Jackie Chan did his stunts in one of his movies.)
